Holiday Platters Every year just about a week before Christmas our volunteers and staff begin to deliver holiday cookies and fruit platters to every dormitory and barracks on Elmendorf AFB and Fort Richardson Army Post. These delicious goodies are all 100% donated and provide just a touch of home to the single airmen and soldiers spending the holiday away from loved ones.
