Operation Kid Comfort strives to make deployment as easy as possible on the children. Upon request, we provide every child age 6 and under with an original quilt made from photos submitted by his or her parent. For children 7 and older a pillow is made. Each keepsake is made by hand by a volunteer and donated with love and good wishes for the recipient child. Because our quilt-makers are all over the state, turnaround time can be several weeks.
