Y on Rails The Alaska Railroad and the Armed Services YMCA of Alaska proudly offer free train rides to those whose names are selected from an annual drawing at the ASYMCA main office on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson and our Fairbanks Satellite Office on Fort Wainwright. Details are subject to change each year, but in general the winners are awarded 2 free round-trip passages to places like Seward, Denali, Fairbanks and Talkeetna.
