Y on Wheels Shuttle To ensure service members and their families have access to all facilities and to prevent long-term exposure to Alaska's inclement weather, we provide door to door shuttle van service on JBER and Fort Wainwright. This service is available to all active duty, reserves, National Guard, retirees and their family members of all service branches. We also extend this service to civilian employees working on the military bases.
Shuttle fee is 1.00 per ride, for pick up and drop-off anywhere on post.
